kariky Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the kariky platform and all related services. The words "kariky", "we", "us", or "platform" refer to the entity operating kariky. The words "user", "you", or "member" refer to any person registered on this platform.

By creating an account on the kariky platform or beginning to use any of its services, you are considered to have accepted all provisions of these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using this platform.

2.1 Age Requirement

Users must be at least 21 years old to participate on the kariky platform. Creating an account or playing games on this platform is strictly prohibited for anyone under 21. kariky reserves the right to verify a user's age at any time, and providing false information about age will result in immediate account suspension.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

This platform operates for users in Bangladesh. Users who access this platform from regions where online gaming is legally prohibited do so at their own risk. Complying with the laws of your own area is your sole responsibility.

2.3 Single Account Policy

Each user may create only one account. Opening multiple accounts under the same person's name is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

3.1 Providing Accurate Information

You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information when registering your account. It is your responsibility to keep your name, date of birth, address, and contact details up to date at all times. If false or misleading information is provided, kariky reserves the right to cancel the account and freeze deposited funds.

3.2 Password and Login Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password confidential and not share it with any third party. You are personally responsible for all activity carried out from your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact our support team immediately.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

kariky reserves the right to verify a user's identity when required. A national ID card, passport, or other government-issued document may be requested. Withdrawal processing may be delayed if the KYC process has not been completed.

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on the kariky platform is ৳200. This limit applies to each payment method. Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions will be completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, additional time may be required if identity verification is ongoing or in the case of unusual transactions.

• Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• If there are multiple withdrawal requests within a given timeframe, they will be processed in sequence.
• kariky reserves the right to hold withdrawals in cases of fraud or suspicious activity.

4.3 Payment from Your Own Account

Deposits and withdrawals must always be made from an account registered in the user's own name. Payments through third parties are not accepted, and any such transactions identified will be returned.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus and a total balance of ৳2,200. Depositing ৳26,000 gives a ৳15,000 bonus and a total balance of ৳41,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. This means that if you receive ৳1,200 as a bonus, you must place a total of ৳24,000 in bets before it becomes withdrawable.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period and the bonus will be cancelled upon expiry.
• Bonuses apply to a single account only — taking bonuses on multiple accounts from the same IP address or device is prohibited.
• kariky reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse for fraudulent purposes is detected, the account will be permanently closed.

6.1 Fair Play Policy

All games on the kariky platform are operated using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures complete impartiality in game outcomes. We believe in fair play and no artificial interference is made in the results of any game.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

• Playing using bots, automated software, or third-party tools.
• Exploiting any technical error or vulnerability in the platform.
• Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activity.

6.3 In Case of Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a server problem or any other technical reason, kariky will make every effort to protect the user's interests. However, kariky's liability for any loss caused by technical errors is limited.

kariky's VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier includes a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

Progression through VIP tiers depends on the user's regular activity and engagement on the platform. kariky reserves the right to change the terms of VIP benefits without prior notice. Cashback funds are added directly to the account and separate wagering requirements may apply.

8.1 Aware Gaming

kariky believes that gaming should be a form of entertainment — not a solution to financial problems. We ask all users to play responsibly. Play within your financial means and do not bet beyond what you can afford.

8.2 Self-Exclusion and Limit Setting

11.1 Service Reliability

kariky strives to provide uninterrupted service, however the service may be temporarily disrupted due to technical maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen events. kariky will not be liable for any loss caused by service interruptions in such circumstances.

11.2 Third-Party Services

kariky does not have direct control over the operations of payment processors (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) or game software providers. kariky will not be liable for any loss caused by the failure of these third-party services.

11.3 User's Own Responsibility

Gaming decisions are entirely the user's own responsibility. kariky will not provide any compensation for financial losses resulting from wins or losses in games.

12.1 Closure at User's Request

You may contact our support team at any time to request account closure. It is advised to withdraw all eligible balances before closing the account.

12.2 Closure at kariky's Initiative

kariky reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• If evidence of fraud, deception, or illegal activity is found.
• If false information is provided or cooperation with KYC verification is refused.
• If evidence of operating multiple accounts is found.

kariky reserves the right to change, revise, or add to these Terms at any time. In the case of significant changes, an effort will be made to notify users by email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is declared legally unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain fully in effect.
